Refunds:

You can request a refund within 30-days of receiving your MyNubu. We will send you a prepaid shipping label to be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Upon receiving your package and inspecting it, your refund will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 5 business days. $5 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping.

Exchanges: 

We offer free exchanges. You can request an exchange within 30-days of receiving your MyNubu. We will send you a prepaid shipping label to be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once your exchange has been received, we will begin processing your updated order.

Defective Products: 

If you receive a defective product, please let us know within 30-days. We'll provide the instructions to receive a new replacement or a full refund.

Damaged Products: 

We've gone through countless hours of quality control testing and found that under normal use, even after months of wear, our products will not get ripped or torn. Hence, we are not liable for any products that are damaged (ie. ripped, torn, broken) after being worn.
